Regal Nails

HORRIBLE experience. My friend brought me here after knee surgery to correct ingrown nails, pedi & gel mani. I'll NEVER go here again. I went in with a dip on my nails. David was trying to force me to get another dip manicure. I believe my refusal is why my requests were botched. Repeatedly I was telling him I wanted gel. After being told the gel will break in 2 days, I said then just do a regular bc I'm not getting a dip. He ran a cold water rub & did not fix my ingrowns even though I asked him total of 3 times, he did NOT cut my toenails down& did a slop job painting toes. It was another fight trying to get the color I wanted! Not joking. He would not allow me to pick my own color. I always wear same color on ties and nails. I got 2 different colors that I don't even like. I'll have to

“Pictures say a thousand words”! Worst place ever been! Never returning! Nothing about his was good ! Now have two fingers with cuts! Have.nails that look like blobs of silly putty on them! How is someone allowed to pretend they know how to give a manicure and get by with causing someone pain & suffering without any consequences? Not ok! Get people who know what they are doing!

What kind of gel mani is this?? Looks like a toddler did them!! They are so ugly and not professional looking whatsoever. I only came here because my regular tech elsewhere was out of town but NEVER coming here again. Waste of money. Photos speak for themselves. Color is funny bunny which I have gotten plenty of times so I know how sheer it can be BUT I also know an excellent nail tech will insure it comes out amazing every time, this place failed! Nail tech was David, don’t go here.

My friends and I have been going to your so called Nail Salon for many years. But that is definitely over! Your Nail Tech did a horrible job on my friends nail. She was naturally upset but was trying to explain to the tech how pitiful her nails were and, didn't look anything like she wanted. Well the technician lost her mind and started throwing her tools down and screaming at my friend. This was such a disappointment. And the owner treated us even worse by speaking to us in a horrible manner. Look at the pictures I posted with this you will see the pitiful job they did. I would recommend never going to this salon again.

I am fuming mad right now. I went to David for a manicure. I had a 4:30 appointmen, didn't get seen until 4:45, and was "finished" at 5:00. He hacked off my cuticles with no attention to detail. Four fingers are still bleeding. He rushed to "buff" the ridges of my nails but did NO shaping. That's it. I am stunned. Seriously? I went to him (45 minutes from home) because he was supposed to be really good with natural nails. I have never been so disappointed in any other nail service in my whole life. I will NEVER go to him again and I hope whoever's reading this doesn't go either!!
