Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Whenever I come to Albany and nees my nails done I head over to Walmart and visit Regal Nails. My feet was done by Cindy. She is very thorough and has great hands to massage. My feet feel like butter. My nails were done by Jackie. He is the very best He got rid of a lot of old acrylic that wasn't cute. He knew just what I meant when I said I don't like the shape of the fill at the cuticle line. Absolutely perfect. Go see thia crew. They know their customers well and are super friendly.

I would give a zero, if it was possible. Came in (first time) for my daughter's pre-wedding "toes and nails" get together. Wrong color, bad service and WAY overpriced. Woke up next day and it looked like my feet had been soaked in self tanning lotion AND MY FEET LOOK TERRIBLE NOW. They were orange!!!! AND my feet were 1,000 times better BEFORE coming here. $57 worth of NOTHING! Came in the next day to ask them to at least attempt to fix it. Totally ignoring me, trying to wait me out. They will win because i have a rehearsal dinner to go to. Never, ever, ever again!!!!!!!

At first I wasn't going to go to Regal because several years ago I had a bad experience getting a pedicure and here it is years later I am having the same experience. My polish is already coming off my feet but I got Gel polish...SMH. Both feet are sore which I kinda expected but not to the point it hurts to put on my work shoes. I'm at work wanting to cry so bad and go home but it's the holidays so I need to get all I can get. The only service I am actually pleased with are my eyebrows. I will take service somewhere else next time cause what I received wasn't worth 65.00.

Very rude, left before being serviced. Just needed nail repaired and visiting from out of town. One lady acted like she didn't understand sent me to another lady who was doing pedicure and told me it would be 30 minute wait. I said I would wait as my vehicle was in the service center @ Walmart. When I had to go to service center for a minute all of a sudden lady who was todo repair couldn't cause she had appointment coming. Check with another tech and she stated she would do it. I went to service center and decided I didn't wantto spend my hard earn money there and left.

I had to go to the hospital last night after I got my toes polished. The nail tech cut my toe trying to get off a acrylic toe nail. It bled really bad and I could tell she didn't want to help me with the issue. I explained to her boss what happened and I didn't feel like I should pay for the mistake that she made. Well the boss insisted that I pay and I told her that I shouldn't have to pay because she cut me and polished over my green toe nail without treating it and she didn't use any new implements she used already been used nail files and buffers. She was not cleaning anything. It's terrible that I had to pay and I told this to the boss I'm in the same field and she said we are good with State Board and smiled. They need to be shut down for real. I'm not happy about what happened an
