Regal Nails Salon & Spa

I guess you get a Walmart done job if you go to a nail salon in Walmart. First go around there was a huge dip in my nails and the lady tried to say the dip was supposed to be there. Then after she fixed it you could still see the scuff marks and uneven surface of the nails. I do not recommend go to this place at all. The pedicure was not what you get other places either. Insanely watered down lotion was applied. Nothing seems to be new or even sanitized. They advertise a percentage off and do not give it. I asked for matching toes and nails and the colors do not match at all. Then of corse they start speaking to each other talking about me in a different language. The girl who did my nails was more interested in her phone than working. My nails and toes look horrible and completely unaccep

Horrible and despicable service at this place! I went to get a pedicure yesterday and the man who worked on my feet cut me on 3 of my toes. My toes might get infected, they are red and I am in pain. When I arrived home all of the polish was smudged and stuck to my socks. They were already closed, so I called this morning and visited the place which is 1 hour out of my way from work. I was told the Manager "Ginna" does not come during the week. I showed my feet to the lady in the front by the name of "Eve. " I told her everything and that I took pictures. She said to come back on Sunday because the man that did my feet only works on Sundays. I told her I would go back on Saturday. She was ignoring me the whole time I was there, not looking at me and saying "oh, you damaged." This is

I went with my 5-year-old daughter to get pedicures, and it was a terrible experience. She asked for short acrylics, and I told her no because she’s too young, but the nail tech (I believe her name was Eva) said, “You’re not 10, so I’m not doing it,” which was unnecessary since I had already said no. My daughter picked a clear color with butterflies, and the lady told her no again, saying it was too light, which made no sense because she’s only 5 and that color is perfectly fine. She ended up just getting clear gel with gold sparkles, but within three hours of simply washing her hands, her nails and toes were already messed up, and my toes were also done poorly it was a rushed job for both of us. We spent $95 for both of us, and it was not worth it the attitude, how she talked to my child,

This place does an excellent job. I am new to the area and have been trying to find a good place to get my nails and feet done. Left me with exactly what I asked nice thin, even and smooth nails. Excellent at matching colors. My nails were powder toes were regular polish. Polite and friendly Staff. Good conversation. Prices are average for the area. If you’re looking for a nail salon check them out!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are the worst when it comes to services.. My mother came to get a facial wax from them and not only did they wax her face but they burned her face and scarred her too. After that, they didn’t give her any type of discount and still charged her full price. Her face was all scratched up and the lady blamed her skin. When going up there to ask why they still charged her full price and even showed them pictures, they claimed that i edited the photos to make them look worse than what it was… How does one edit a facetime live screenshot?? Things escalated and the MANAGER even went as far as to say “I don’t care about your mother.” These people are useless and don’t know how to do their job. Just out here taking peoples money. If you want good servicing, DO NOT I REPEAT DO
