I am giving LaShonda who runs Suite 300, a 5 star review-And if there was a higher review, I would give it. She is helpful, honest, polite, tends to incoming clients with skill and finesse. It is simply a pleasure to know that she is there taking care of Me. Just great.

Avoid if you want a hassle-free office. I was on a month-to-month agreement and ran into several issues: 1. Payment methods: Once you add a card, you can’t remove it unless you add a new one. I was billed for two extra activation keys and it took months to get refunded. 2. Late fees despite on-time payments: I was charged multiple late fees even though payments were deducted on time. Still unresolved. 3. Building environment: Hallways frequently smelled like marijuana from other offices, which felt unprofessional and made me avoid bringing visitors. 4. Massive renewal increase: My renewal quote was +80.5% , so I terminated. 5. “Restoration Services” fee: A large “restoration” charge was buried in the separate House Rules (not clearly shown in the main agreement). LaShonda who works the front desk is wonderful… She is competent, knows the answer to any issues I had and fixed them right away. She makes the office run smoothly and is polite. Thank you!

Update for Regus. This building has gone under renovations. Upgraded entrances. Nice Sitting areas. Absolutely FREE parking. Close to shopping and eating and next door to hotel. Must see before judging.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this office location! The highlight for me has been Thelma, the front desk assistant. Her customer service is absolutely exceptional. She’s always professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping me with any requests. She greets me by name and she knows my business needs. Thelma consistently goes above and beyond, making my experience seamless and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and I truly appreciate her support. Highly recommend this office location, especially if you get to work with Thelma!
