Regus - Austin - Lamar Central

I have rented an office here for a year, coming up on my renewal, and I have renewed. I love this office. Deborah runs the office and is kind and inviting. Chante is the receptionist and always welcomes me with a good morning and see you tomorrow at the end of day. The office space is clean, the security is courteous. I have no complaints. My purpose was in extra office in Central Austin to get around town central location. I'm very pleased. Do yourself a favor and rent an office here if you need to.

I've spent about 3 months trying to transfer from this Lamar Central location to Regus Chase Park. I'm continuously being told contradictory information and to contact new people each time. For the Lamar Central offices: when I arrived at the office, there was a homeless man asleep on the couch. Staff left open my private office door (which I lock each night), exposing about $10,000. I worked from home that week, so the door was open for a minimum of 24hours. WiFi internet is hit or miss, and I've talked with a couple managers and contacted IT. AC also doesn't run on weekends.

The worst experience a customer can have. Stay away, and don’t believe to their sales team. If you having any issues with them expect them to not answer, or help and probably charge you some how more then you expect. I didn’t even use their facilities because they didn’t enroll me correctly and somehow from 74$ it became 330$.

Nice management, but limited reserved parking for the building. Long wait list. Not many nearby options either - basically have to park at nearby retail centers and walk. Very inconvenient.
