Greg Perlman is completely incompetent; not to mention his puppet of a secretary Francis, what a horrible location and staff not to mention the cleaning company there. I highly Recommend you lease your own office space somewhere else.
I was told I could sign up for 1 month. However, even though I canceled my membership after they wouldn't give me my mail 2 weeks later, they billed me for 2 months. Then, I kept emailing and calling to get this squared away, and they stopped responding and then sent me to collections and added a late fee on top for money I shouldn't even owe. Terrible customer service and they bait and switched me.
This company seems to have it's act together, I didn't like their insistance that I stop by the building to see the space. And their several follow up calls. It just seemed to me like a high pressure sales tactic.
They are not cancelling agreement even if you not using it
