Will not be associating with them. I was looking for a virtual address. They called me for an Initial call and I told the gentleman I though about going a different route and he flat out told me that I’m going a different route because it’s cheaper and the other options don’t work and I’ll be back to use their service. I really didn’t need a virtual receptionist or anything but an address to get a small amount of mail. I did mention that as my business grew I would look into the coworking space option but now I will consider other options. First impressions are everything. Unfortunately, a company that has had that individual working for over ten yrs with them cannot possibly be customer oriented.

I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by Christy and Kathy at Regus. They consistently assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. If you require assistance or accommodations, they strive to ensure your needs are met, going above and beyond for all of us, which we greatly appreciate. We always receive a warm welcome upon our arrival. My mail and clients are directed to me promptly, and the boardroom offers beautiful views of the city. Refreshments are readily available, and they even arrange for lunch when needed, taking excellent care of us. Additionally, they maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area behind everyone, which is not part of their job description, yet they do it effortlessly. We truly value the dedication of Christy and Kathy at Regus.

Every time we rent a workspace, the Regus staff is welcoming and helpful. They truly go the extra mile to take great care of our team.

Ms Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my visit to Charles Swabb was not in vein, although I did not have an appointment, which they do require. She and her coworker were very accommodating and made my wait comfortable. Thank you ladies 💓

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I canceled my agreement with them multiple times and even received confirmation emails acknowledging the cancellation. However, to my dismay, they continue to send me invoices and threaten to send me to collections. Their deceitful tactics and lack of integrity are truly disheartening. It's clear that they care more about squeezing money out of their customers than providing a genuine and reliable service. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare, with no one taking responsibility for their mistakes or attempting to rectify the situation.
