I just want to give a huge shoutout to Kandice and Lael at the front desk! Every time I walk in, they are welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that I feel taken care of. Customer service like this makes a real difference, and it does not go unnoticed. They are efficient, friendly, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. It’s clear they truly care about the people they work with and the experience they provide. Colorado Springs is lucky to have a team like this. Kandice and Lael absolutely deserve this five-star review!

We have four offices at this location, They were just recently painted and new carpeting installed. The front desk team, Kandice and Lael, are always very helpful and willing to assist in any way. We appreciate their warmth, friendliness, professionalism!!

The most deceitful and unprofessional business organization. The sales are very aggressive and will but you under 1 year contract. Be careful don’t sign any contracts and ask them to use month to month thus if you want to upgrade or change to permanent office it would not be a problem. I learned their customer service will never solve any issues and will never get back to you if you needed help. Your email will never be addressed nor the phone calls will be answered. Stay away …. And safe your self from drama , debt traps and collection.

After speaking with Jacklynn Brown in Castle Rock regarding our lease at the Regus location at 102 Tejon st suite 1100 I am at a loss for words. My husband and I are small business owners and rent an office. Upon moving offices we were charged "restoration fees". These fees are outlined as such items as cleaning out documents, cleaning the carpet, IT services .. These services were not provided and I was charged 639 dollars for services rendered. We moved offices on May 1st 2024 and have yet to be able to secure a firewall internet without being charged a $99 fee additional per month. We had the firewall in our prior office before moving but Regus nor Jacklynn will uphold confidential secure private network for our business. Jacklynn was a prior president of No Soldier Left Behind. H

So I would love to know why you have a 12 yr old girl working the front desk? Has no competence. Being part of the community and being able to help the community anyway should be a top for any business. It’s pretty sad that this place employees security officers who cannot do a simple job to help someone out.
