Run far away, this location is terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy. Don’t wanna waste a lot of time. They over-bill you. They have terrible billing practices. Terrible customer service they act like they’re the only company that does this office share space to charge you for every single thing. If you breathe three times they’re gonna charge you 50 Cent. This is not the location to come to. Terrible customer service. They need to get rid of the lady in the front desk.
No words but rude and unprofessional. Work atmosphere is everything when trying to meet a goal. If you feel uncomfortable because of unhelpful staff with bad energy it doesn’t help. 2 stars for trying to be nice but major fail.
WARNING - If you are a working parent who does not like to waste his or her time, do not do business at this location or Regus in general. I had my child in the stroller and used the elevator to get upstairs. My child wasn’t fussy at all, otherwise I’d be a tad more understanding of Ruth’s negative attitude. Ruth is the front desk receptionist/admin. Previously, I’ve seen her collecting mail from the cabinets behind her to hand to another renter. Today when I went, she checked a folder and told me I have no mail. So I went downstairs, with my child in the stroller but figured it couldn’t hurt to double check to see if there’s any mail in the cabinet that she could potentially be missing. I went back up the elevator to ask her and she paused her phone conversation with a woman named Paula w
I had the most unpleasant experience with the woman at the front desk which is unfortunate because back when I set up everything with this location I had such a pleasant experience with the new manager who was so helpful in getting me set up. But now I have to track mail because of a miscommunication that this woman just tried to blame me for. I will be moving offices if possible.
I called and spoke to the most disturbingly rude lady. She literally hung up the phone on me after yelling at me because I asked a simple question. This treatment of people is just unacceptable. It's clearly a trend as you can see in other reviews, so why is this not being addressed? It's atrocious behavior.
