The office space is amazing and the staff is very nice, including the regional manager. However, dealing with corporate and membership issues is NOT easy. My membership allowed me access to all Regus and Spaces centers, but I was never able to book my office space online, which makes the membership essentially useless. I was informed that it was an issue with their system, but for some reason it could never get resolved. I ended up getting charged for a reservation I made that was included in my membership and it was never refunded. I cancelled my membership, after I was told I had to give 30-day notice, only to be informed that my membership termination date is effective in 2025! Had to get my credit card company involved. I plan on also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. Bu
Kimberly and Paola have been great. They are very welcoming. They have assisted us in everything we’ve needed. Atmosphere is great. Everything in the office is very modern and very unique.
Louis and Alejandro were great
The front desk people are very nice. The place looks almost clinical and sterile
Staff is great. The company is horrible.
