Regus - Coral Springs - Heron Bay

Virtual offices are great in general, but Regus has been automating all their process adding hidden costs that keep showing up even after months of cancelling their services. I purposely selected a monthly payment plan in case I didn't like the service and they still keep charging outside of the monthly fee. I received 3 invoices after cancelling the service two months ago. Then you call and they bring a new service that wasn't on the original agreement.

Do not rent office space here! The customer service, esp Diana the Deputy Manager, are rude and ineffective. They randomly introduce policies that prevent you from using the space as a permanent location. You can’t take video calls in their premise. if you want a physical location to meet with customers and establish presence on Google, do not go here. They lock you in and then when it’s hard to leave they completely cease all customer support.

We have been at this Regus center for approximately two years. The staff has always been super helpful and courteous. They definitely create a positive environment that we get to walk into every morning! We are so grateful to Diane and Michele at the front desk!

I have been here for six years and love it! Regus at Heron Bay is a professional, friendly, and clean work environment. The staff have been supportive and responsive to my needs as a tenant. I find the location of the office relaxing and an easy drive for myself and my clients. I highly recommend it!

We cannot say enough about the incredible staff at the Heron Bay Coral Springs location. Diana and Michelle are the best!!! Always courteous and willing to help with anything. I love coming to the office everyday and seeing them.
