I recently relocated my business, and I'm very satisfied with the decision. The Regus building is a nice, accommodating facility with awesome staff. Eric does an excellent job of running the facility. It's nice that he works upfront to greet customers, and directs them to their desired office location. I have had multiple patients tell me already how polite and helpful he's been. To any business owner, that's a great added perk. This facility is clean and very well managed. I'm very content being a tenant here.
Eric Floyd is awesome! He is always willing to assist and serve with any request. Eric knows where to gather important information to keep your office functioning to par levels. Always attentive to detail and finds ways to support your ideas of building your business.
We signed up with Regus South Fargo because of Courtney she was amazing. From the moment we walked in, she showed us exactly what we needed and made the process smooth and straightforward. Corporate was a little out of touch with our specific needs at first, but Courtney went above and beyond to bridge the gap and make sure we got the best possible setup and price. She even comes in from another center just to help out here, and every interaction with her has been top-notch. She’s the reason we’re happy to be with Regus. Highly recommend working with her!
I am currently renting office space for my counseling practice and am beyond satisfied. The office came furnished and decorated, however, I was able to exchange items with my own as well. Beth and Carissa have been incredible in helping me network with other businesses both within the Regus building and outside--how many landlords do THAT for you? On top of that, they are incredibly nice, and accommodating. They truly look out for their tenants and want them to succeed. I also have to mention the office's, meeting rooms, lobby are decorated beautifully! Very professional atmosphere which is welcoming to clients. I would recommend Regus to anyone looking for office space!
The doors to this building are locked during normal business hours (8-5) and I cannot access the business I need to visit. It's just so strange...
