Aly brown the office manager was very kind, EXTREMELY HAPPY to help me cancel my contract. And again when i finally realized that REGUS was taking money from my card Any was able to show me the $555 and $626. My bank couldn’t explain the ins and outs of the funds. REGUS NEVER 👎 GAVE ME A KEY FOR MY $626 but is still trying to almost almost $3000 for the contract they helped me cancel BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY OFFICE KEY Case C-05719-p9C0 CRM04940004165 Regus🆘 111448976

Regus is a scam!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! They are terrible and I am not even sure how they manage to stay in business. They increased their prices by adding more services than I requested in my contract. I had to contact them to get that resolve and they never refunded me. Then before my contract was over I requested not to renew my contact, they acknowledged that they received my request but never got in touch with me and instead they went on and renewed it for a whole other year. What a ripoff!!! I tried to contact them and they threat to bring me to collection if I put a stop payment on my card for them. I’ll wait and see how much longer they will be in business before they mess with the wrong person. Stay away from REGUS….. run while you can. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

Its really unfortunate that I have to give this 1 stars because Ally is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is friendly and professional and she made my business moving process easy I gave it a one for the unethical business practices by Jonathan the leasing coordinator. He was dishonest about the billing and to this day my billing is incorrect. What's worse is that by the time you find out you have spent your money moving in and now you're "trapped" for lack of a better phrase. No one can give a logical ,valid explanation as to why the billing is wrong and/or doesn't make sense. Again Its unfortunate because the building is gorgeous, clean and in a prime location but the dishonesty is a turnoff. I have been using Regus office spaces for over 6 months now, roughly about 5 of them, with my main office in South Florida. Out of all the spaces that I have used I can say the attention at the front desk by far exceeds the rest. You can always argue which space has the best amenities, views etc etc. But what really defines any business is the customer service, and Aly and Sarah define what this is. They make my clients feel welcomed when they walk in the door. I highly recommend!

Such a great office space we love our two front desk girls in 200! It really is a great value for the price if you just need a small office space to call your own without the hassle of a store front!
