Terrible billing practices that they disguise with even worse communication. Avoid at all costs, and note that there are legitimate office spaces in the exact same building for a third of the cost.

I will start off by listing out the positives as I don’t want to be the person that doesn’t recognize that. I am currently at the HQ center, and they have a great coffee machine in the front desk Staff are nice. It is also kept very clean. However, for what they charge per square foot you barely get anything and then when your contract is up, they try to double the price. They advertise that they uniquely furnish your office space but that is not true. They have very limited furniture. Secondly, they charge for every single thing including $.25 for one page to be printed. On move out prepared to pay $600 for one nail in the wall because they charge you a ridiculous amount per square footage no matter if there’s no damage whatsoever to the office. I recently had a very disappointing experience with this facility that I feel compelled to share. The level of professionalism displayed by their staff was shockingly low, and I encountered a blatant lack of respect throughout my interactions. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially when businesses often emphasize the importance of patient care and support. Communication was unclear, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, which made the entire process frustrating and untrustworthy. DO NOT DO IT !!! Customer service is horrible and they will bind you into a contract and treat you like dirt .. never again will I get an office here YALL NEED TO RUN they act like they care and don’t. There are other affordable options out here I am warning you don’t do it.

This email serves as continuous documentation on the illegal practices of the Regus company. Now Regus is trying to force me to terminate an agreement (that was signed in Dec 2022) for ONLY six (6) months, for a monthly fee of $55.52.
