I began renting from Regus Hoboken around mid January 2025 and the place is absolutely beautiful but it’s always some billing issue. If you don’t check your invoice, you’ll pay unnecessary charges that pop up on it, especially being billed twice. I can’t change the location yet because it is the location approved for my company but will definitely do so when I finally can. If you want to rent either a physical office space or virtual, avoid them. If you choose to do business with them, have everything in writing (email). Whatever revenue the owners make, they would have been making more if they didn’t have some of the workers as staff. Terrible experience. Do business with them at your own risk. Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Billing – Regus Hoboken On November 6, 2023, I submitted a formal cancellation request for my service with Regus, specifically for the Hoboken location and any other affiliated locations. This request was sent both in writing and through my online back office on Regus' platform. Despite my clear request to terminate the service, Regus has continued to bill me for nearly two years, forcing me into a service that I no longer wish to use. This is completely unethical, misleading, and unacceptable business practice. As of March 1, 2025, I am still being charged for a service that I formally requested to cancel over 16 months ago. My company has worked out of Regus for a few months and it has been the best office we have tried by far. The staff is super friendly, the space is very nice with a great view, and it's well worth the price! Great location, right by the pier.
Fantastic front desk staff. The rest of the Regus team has been unresponsive. Most tenants complain about billing issues. Sales team is very aggressive, billing and support have been non responsive. We’ve been asking for help for 3 weeks. No responses. This meets the definition of a scam by most. Proceed with caution. >> UPDATE 9/28/21 << After posting this review, I received a call from corporate. They were very helpful, and apologetic. They stand by their no response policy. This location is fantastic, staff and facility is just wonderful. Regus corporate on the other hand has customer service issues. Know this before you rent here, if you have any issues, no one is willing to help. If you can figure it out on your own, you'll have a great experience.
IF YOU’RE THINKING OF USING REGUS DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! There’s a reason why every single review says the same thing. I used them as a virtual office for my business and was ok with being locked in for 1 year. I actually used this service ONCE in one year since I don’t have a big need for it. I still paid for 1 year because I have a contract. I get charged $78 each month mind you. My 1 year membership ends in Feb and before that I went to my app and cancelled my service and was surprised that I’m still being billed. I called and was told that they auto renew the contract and that I AM CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED to pay for another year without agreeing to it. They said that they send a mass email to all clients 3 months before your contact is up letting them know about this and that if yo
