Regus - Los Angeles - Sepulveda Center

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the environment is always professional, clean, and positive. There's a parking lot and plenty of street parking, which makes visiting easy. If you don’t want to drive, it's conveniently close to the train station and bus lines. I also love that I can walk to local stores, cafes and restaurants—Trader Joe’s and Julie Goes Vegan are two of my favorites. Plus, having access to the gym is one of the best perks. Highly recommend!

I love my private office here, as part of Regus. The staff is great -- especially Marla at the front desk. It's a more private and quiet coworking space than most places. But that's what I appreciate. The views are amazing, and the building has nice amenities, including a lounge, outdoor spaces, and an amazing gym downstairs.

If you’re looking to be scammed, Regus is your perfect match. -They’ll lure you in with butterflies and rainbows until you sign — and then it’s welcome to the robbery show. -Phantom charges: Expect to see a sneaky “Unlimited Tea & Coffee” fee of about $45/month automatically appear on your bill whether you ever asked for it or not. -Bait-and-switch renewals: They’ll happily move you into a new office at a “reasonable” rate, then slap you with a 48% rent hike when renewal time comes. -The mysterious “system”: Any billing issues? Brace yourself for the excuse of a lifetime: “It’s the system.” Apparently, they have an invisible monster running around charging people at will, and management takes zero accountability. -Fake restoration fees: At the end of your term, they’ll invoice you for

Marla was wonderful to work with and the meeting space was fabulous. Also, the view of the city outside of the windows from our meeting space was a spectacular Do you bonus. I highly recommend this business. So accommodating!

Regus Sepulveda center is one of my favorite regus locations I have been to. The company I work for has multiple location, but none of them have views as good as this one. The best staff is here as well and very welcoming. I will be coming to this location much more
