Regus - Middleton - Boston North Shore

I would highly advise people to stay away from Regus at all costs! They are a scam! When I signed up with them a couple of years ago, I did so because the monthly rate was the lowest I could find for a virtual office for my startup. At the time I was told that I was required to sign up for a full year. I was NOT informed that after the completion of that year that the contract would auto renew for another year! That was apparently in the small print! So 5 months into my second year I realized my startup wasn't going to make it. I paid my balance in full informed Regus that I had transferred my address out with the secretary of state and asked to cancel my contract. But no, Regus decided that despite not having received a single piece of mail in 17 months and me no longer having their addre

Terrible experience with Regus. I signed a contract for an office, but they made a billing mistake, charging me for three people instead of one. Even after a week of requesting a correction, nothing was done. I requested to cancel due to their mistake, and now they are trying to force me to stay in the contract. Bureaucratic service, lack of transparency, and total disregard for the customer. I do not recommend it!

This place has legit made my work life 100% easier. Since I have moved here we have seen a drastic increase in our overall productivity. They have all of the necessary tools and an amazing staff to make for a wonderful work environment. If your looking for a quite, comfortable work space with amble parking and a gorgeous view of some of New England's finest sites, look no further. Not to mention there is a delicious cafeteria in the same building. In short, this is a place I would recommend to anyone tired of dealing with traffic, looking for a place to park, or dealing with outdated office equipment or staff :) Very hip spot indeed!

I have had an office space at this location since it first opened . I am more than impressed with the high level of service and care. Shannon makes it happen. Any request is handled promptly and effectively . Tina at the reception desk is always ready to help and extremely efficient professional and friendly . You will always be greeted with a smile . The facility is always clean, quite and looks very up to date and stylish . Plenty of parking space and an beautiful cafeteria . I am a very satisfied customer. Regis Diallo

Absolutely horrible ! While sitting in the public common area, their area manager Sharon pops up out of nowhere confronts me about my 10 days past due in front of passing people. Where's the privacy? On top of that we get constant complaint about noise and whatnot. Absolutely not much freedom at all. It is no wonder they are so vacant. I cannot wait until the lease is over to move on and never do business with them anymore .
