Regus - Palo Alto - Embarcadero Place

Isiah has a passive aggressive tone, attitude and demeanor. Printer is broken, coffee machine was leaking, and there was some stench coming from the general area in the kitchen. I can't tell if it is the sink or the dishwasher. For the kind of price being charged for printing, coffee and the generally suspicious billing practices (look at Reddit reviews of Regus and IWG), you would expect less curt.

Isiah is amazing, he truly goes above and beyond! The facility is clean, professional, and really well run. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend this Regus location!

What an absolutely fabulous office environment, the second you walk in the office you feel like you're in a rustic hotel. Doesn't feel like an office space at all. Thanks to the staff I had an easy time looking for the office that my company and I needed. After giving Cristina and Bonnie my ideal office, they were able to find something for me fairly quickly. I don't know what I would do without their help. Thanks ladies! Also, the coffee bar is quite lovely. You get to save your money and create fabulous coffee beverages there at the kitchen before heading to my office to get some work done. If anyone can get the job done it's these two ladies at Embarcadero, Cristina gets the job done.
