Customer Reviews
Here's an update for this location, responding to some of the comments made by other reviewers: 1) Nina is the current manager and she is wonderful. She is very helpful and friendly. 2) Forrestal Village has a number of good lunch places now. The food court is nice and there is a great breakfast/lunch place on the Westin Hotel circle. Many fabulous dinner places. 3) It's still difficult to find. I know of no one's GPS able to locate it. Clue: It's inside the breezeway taking you from the Westin Hotel circle to the parking lot on the NW side of Forrestal Village (you can see Ruth's Chris steakhouse way across the parking lot). There is no address on the glass door but if you go through the glass door under the breezeway, through the little foyer and the next glass door, you will find yourse
From the very beginning, I've had a terrible experience. Trying to do any online inquiry about signing up for a virtual office was met with a form email saying it was a pleasure speaking and they'd be closing my case, before ever speaking with me. A second attempt was met with emails from 5-10 different people, none of which actually applied to my request. I should have listened to the other bad reviews about Regus in general, but went ahead and signed up online. Though I got a welcome email, no one ever responded to my questions, or confirmed receiving my documents and that all was good with my account. A sales manager finally emailed me on a whim and answered some questions, telling me the site manager was out and would get back to me that Monday. Never heard back there. Now I'm seeing c
The Regus center at Forrestal Village is one of the best I have been to (and I have seen quite a few). With exceptional staff at the front desk and in operations they epitomize professional management and customer service. Having started my small business office in the Regus center and therafter having grown into a larger space I have experienced most (if not all) aspects of the Regus offering. It has been great. That plus the idyllic ambiance of Forrestal Village and the may eateries in walking distance make this the best place for anyone seeking to set up a new office in the Princeton area.
I don’t think this place exists. If it does, there is a 99% chance that you will never find it, even if you walk around for 45 minutes like I did. There are no signs in the area explaining where it is (I looked at them all). The Google pin is on top of the Westin Hotel, whose staff did not know where Regus was. Multiple other local businesses had no idea what or where it was.
Ghost town. Two stores open. The restaurants are too upscale to regularly feed yourself, you'll pretty much be stuck with Uber eats and in your room, which was nice. Unless you feel like making four or five trips to the wawa per day, I wouldn't recommend it.
