Regus - St. Louis - Downtown - Deloitte Building

This building is practically empty, the Regus billing practices is shady at best, and the staff will tell you one thing on the phone and then send you an email with completely conflicting info. Our keycard access has not worked for the parking garage since we signed up, they tried to charge us for services we did not ask for and had to have them removed and credited, and then tried to charge us a monthly fee for a sticker sign we put on the doors ourselves. Worst of all they don't answer phones hardly ever, pass the blame to different people and departments, yet you are supposed to talk to the "local team." It is seriously the worst office building I have worked with or leased from in 25 years of owning my company. Pick any other company than this one. And be sure to cancel way in advance

Popped into the office for the day and was met by Anga. He was very welcoming, and did a great job showing me around the place. Customer service was 10 out of 10. If you're in town looking for a place to work, I recommend you stop by here.

WARNING!!! They said to contact them and when I did this is literally their reply (see below). This is my property at the storage where they just dumped my belongings into an illegal until. Obviously it wasn't like this when it was picked up or they would've documented it. I can counter EVERY ONE OF THEIR LIES WITH PHOTOS and, more importantly, I've kept EVERY COMMUNICATION. I can't reach them. Their phones have been disconnected. I've already retained a law firm but I now have to file a criminal case. If you're dealing with a broker CONFIRM they are not doing business with these guys. DANGER!! As someone who was a big fan of them for multiple locations, they have always had shady billing (their employees openly admit it). When transferring it was shady, but workable because you stayed with them. Once I left though, they charged me for 3 months that I was not there, the second I refuted it they threatened legal action. Never go with this company.

Unreliable service. We can't get our moving packages for two months right now. We have to keep chasing them by ourselves. No any feedback, phone call pick up, block our email and cell phones, it's a long story I can tell. They didn't honor the service contract and leave issues to us. DON'T use their service! Nightmare for sure!!
