Unethical, deceptive, and potentially illegal practices at Regus! I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with Regus. I rented an office for only 3 months, never hung anything on the walls, and left the space in the exact condition I received it — yet I was hit with a $455 “redecoration fee.” To make matters worse, the bill wasn’t even itemized — no explanation, no breakdown, just a random charge. When I moved in, the office already had holes in the wall and clearly needed fresh paint from the previous tenant. I requested that Regus repair or repaint the office before I moved in, and they flatly refused. While visiting family in the Stafford-Quantico area, I needed a quiet office space, and this location was perfect! I was greeted by Lisa who was so personable, helpful, and accommodating. She showed me the amenities which included a kitchen and a facility with a fancy (to me, LOL) coffee maker. There seemed to be many options available for workplaces depending on one’s needs. Lisa set me up in a spacious, well-lit office room with two desks and a large window (that allowed me to view a lovely sunset while working into the evening!). While in a corporate center I’d never explored before, I really enjoyed that the space had a modern and inspiring feel to aid in my productivity, rather than a place that felt stuffy and old. The wifi worked great, and I appreciated the super reasonably priced
The office managers Lisa and Eunice are always helpful. Also, I truly appreciate the clean and quiet atmosphere that's maintained on a daily basis. Keep up the excellent work, ladies!
The office definitely has a standardized "DoD" building feel to it. Signs for the main entrance could have been a little better. The Regus office is very spacious and clean inside.
This is my Stafford address. Very well run place.
