Really disappointing customer service. We’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. A $44 late fee was charged because a card declined while we were switching to a new card for a new business—something that happens and was easy to explain. Even after reaching out right away and having a solid payment history, Regus refused to waive the fee. This is not the first time Regus has demonstrated cold, inflexible customer service practices, which makes this even more frustrating. It’s not about the $44—it’s about the lack of understanding and flexibility. We hope Regus will reconsider and amend its practices in the future to be more customer-service centered.

I would not recommend anyone to have an office with this very shady company. First they lock you into a contract and give you no way to get out of it early even for a fee that is less than the fee for the entire term. Then if you have money that is on the books after you complete your term other than the deposit they won't return the money no matter how many times that you ask. They would rather steal this money rather than return it. I still have about $43 on their books and have asked them to refund it at least half a dozen times and they still won't give it back. They also tried charging me for extra fees during the time that I was with them. They are a very shady and crooked company so definitely be very careful doing any kind of business with them.

I should have looked at reviews before agreeing to have any services through this nightmare. My business updated names the DBA was submitted to them they never updated it in their system. For three months I was forced to pay late because no one answered or returned any calls. Then they tried to send me late fees of over $1,000 dollars because they would take 2-3 weeks to return calls. I had checks delivered to my business signed for at the delivery yet they never showed up to my office suite. They stole them. They refused to forward mail. DO NOT use this business for any of your businesses needs they are horrible and steal from small businesses!
