This place is trash. They lie to you and then threaten to send you to collections. Avoid at all costs. Don’t walk, run away from this place.
Avoid this place at all costs. This is a horrible run business and needs to be shutdown!
Something is always broken or in need or repair. In the span of approximately six months, the dishwasher, the elevator, the internet, HVAC, have all been broken at some point. Repairs often take multiple days to get fixed. There are better options for office space rentals.
The space is nice, the front desk help is wonderful, but the HVAC system is a nighmare. The front desk people do their best to fix it & do a good job of keeping people informed, but the over & over problems with being too hot or chilly make this a tough place to rent from. If not for the HVAC this would have five stars!!!
