Rejuvenation Nail Spa

Paid for gel manicure and basic Pedi paid $85 without a service tip. One of the female techs had horrible customer service etiquette that day, the 3rd technician was very polite and friendly, this is the only reason I would come back to this nail salon.

Hasn’t been a week since I got my nails done and they look like they need redone … sloppy poor application not shaped correctly and lumpy. My cuticles were not clipped off they just pushed them back and there is space between the acrylic they applied it looks horrible and had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked him to fix It NOT WHAT I ASKED AND PAID FOR

If you’re expecting trendy instagram worthy nails this is not the place. The majority of their customers are rich snotty boomer ladies with basic taste. Looking for short nails with a basic color application? This is the place for you! Need a minimal design with no wow factor? Come here! She left my thumb nails sooo thick and longer than the rest of my fingers. Bulky uneven acrylic application. I had an appointment at 4. FOUR PM. Didn’t matter to them. Made me wait in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes while soaking my feet without turning on the massage feature on while they finished with carol, Karen and Susan. Even though they have a credit card machine they prefer you Zelle them your payment here. She really thought she was going to pull a hustle with this one too. Tried to charge me $1

They gave me a full set with a design I had in mind. I asked for a deluxe and did not receive the treatment. When I mentioned it, she said she wasn’t done but never got around to it. They only charged me for a normal pedi though so I appreciated that. I will definitely go back for manís. Karen is amazing!
