This salon is the BEST in the entire Desert community. Ricky, Jessie, Lucy are my top 3-they are knowledgeable, thorough, kind, gentle, friendly and make coming here a pleasure. All the other employee are awesome too!! Everything is clean and sanitized. You won’t regret booking at this salon. They’re the best!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My two best friends and I went for quick clean-up pedicures before my birthday dinner, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The owner relentlessly pushed us to upgrade our services, which would have doubled our time in the chair—time we didn't have. I’m not cheap and have no problem treating myself and my friends, but being asked five times if we wanted manicures was beyond annoying. The owner singled me out and gave me attitude the entire time, delivering one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. She acted like a sulking child, making the whole experience uncomfortable for everyone, including her staff. My toenails are crooked because she couldn’t be bothered to file them correctly. I ended up at Rejuvenation because Lotus was closed for remodeling. I was in town for a New Year's Eve party and got an acrylic fill with white gel color and glitter powder. My nails looked nice for a few days, but after that the gel was peeling off! 😩 The gel was layered so thick and the nail tech didn't allow each coat to dry, that's why it peeled off less than a week later. Too bad, they were all really nice people, but I can't afford gel nails every 4-5 days. 😒

We tried Rejuvenation Nail in Palm Springs and expected a good visit based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. We have very sensitive cuticles and this was truly the BEST most gentle pedicure i have ever had in my life. 100 percent recommend this spa ! Rejuvenation Nail is officially my new pedicure place in the city.
