Relax Nail Spa Midtown

Horrible service. I had Alice, who was incredibly rude. I tried letting her know that I was unsatisfied with my nails throughout the process and she told me that she wasn’t done, and asked if it was my first time getting my nails done. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I have never been so disappointed and upset with how they came out. They look like a novice done my nails, tacky, cheap, and I’m so upset. I wanted polka dots, but after being told it’ll be a $30 up charge for DOTS, I just requested a plain style. Horrible service for such horrible work. I tried letting her know that I wasn’t happy with the work, but she kept ignoring me.

Overall experience was excellent. Ben and Shelbie did an excellent job on. Our natural nails. Shelbie was very patient with my daughter and did an amazing job with her small nail bed.

Absolutely love this place professional service and they give you exactly what you request. No long wait time. Ken is amazing with Nails.

This is the best nail spa in midtown. They are polite, professional, and efficient without sacrificing quality. From the front desk women to the nail technicians, the customer service was unmatched. I came in without an appointment at the end of the day. It was my first visit to Relax after being recommended by a best friend. I usually do not get nail designs, but I opted for one this time. Their work looks better than the photo I used for inspiration! So grateful to have a place close to home with talent and great customer service!

DONT EXPECT TO RELAX!!! I have been to this nail salon several times the 1st few visits were great but, the last two times before this visit were subpar as the service was hit or miss and one of the technicians was talking loudy about some man that was a trick sitting outside stalking her. So I stopped coming, because WTH. Tuesday I was in need of a mani/pedi and this salon was convenient location wise, and I figured surely I would not have the same experience. WRONG WRONG WRONG. My service was rushed I got the dancers pedicure which and basic mani. The hot stone massage lasted all of 30seconds and the mani was trash!
