Relax Nails

I consistently and religiously get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. I've been doing so since I was a pre-teen. Literally, that long. My nail care is super important to me. I can be very picky. I like my nails to be about as close to perfect as they can be. I've bounced from nail place to nail place, technician to technician for 10+ years now. I moved to the Short Pump area, I've been to all of the salons around town. None of them lived up to my standards. Maybe I was too picky but some were just downright not good. I gave Relax Nails a shot one day when I was simply fed up of trying new nail places. I just wanted 1 nail salon, 1 nail tech, that I could consistently go to and not be disappointed each time I went. Let's be honest, nail care can get costly and you want to be satisfied, right

I started going to Relax Nails about 6 months ago when Kelly, my nail tech relocated to this location Ever since I have had nothing but great experiences Everyone is always so courteous snd pleasant. Good move Kelly!! :-)

I’ve been coming to Relax Nails for over 10 years and they always do a great job with my nails. I love Kathy. She is my person. It’s very clean and friendly and they do an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Positives: They have an amazing selection of colors and reasonable prices. The staff was so incredibly nice and fun. I also like how efficient the service was. It allowed me to go between calls to get my nails done. They have a great rewards program $10 off for every $300 spent. Critiques: I can only speak to my one experience visiting for a dip manicure and one nail technician that provided the service. My concerns was it did not appear they were using sterilized tools. The towel they wrapped my hands with also left my hands smelling like mildew— clearly this load of towels they left sitting in the washing machine too long so it got that awful smell. As far as the actual quality of my dip manicure, it is noticeably chunky (see first image) and I can see the edge of the clear top coat on

I always have a good time when I go to Relax Nails.. everyone there is just so great n so sweet.. highly recommend!! All of them are great!! I been going to Kim for over 2 years n never been dissatisfied!!
