I requested the Royal Manicure which included Mud Rub with warm towels, sugar scrub, 10minute massage and lotion. I received my nails trimmed and a 1O minute message and then they switched the techs. Tina came in to do the polish and I advised that none of the services were provided. I shouldn’t have to let them know what their job is. Very unprofessional. She provided the additional services at minimum. She was texting in between services and doing her own thing. I asked for light pink and got light purple. This is one day later
