We were disappointed in a few things: 1. They had us fill out so much information online yet, they did not sent ANY form of confirmation. No email, tect, or phone call confirmation of any form. The layout and set up & space planning seems like someone dropped the ball and made HUGE mistakes. The front door slams when opened and shut and when you are actually in the IV inflation hall it’s extremely disruptive. The fact that they have such a small and tight reception area with super short to the ground chairs was extremely poor planning. most people can't even get out of them, plus, there is no space for someone's legs in that tight area, let alone a customer with a walker or wheelchair.
