I strongly recommend against purchasing any Groupon or packages from this business. The older good reviews are for the previous owners. The new owner, Genesis, is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. This is a one-person business run by the owner. She does not have a proper booking system for appointments and ends up over booking with no communication to clients. Several times we set appointment dates/times, I texted to confirm and got no response. Or I showed up and she was nowhere to be found even though the Open sign was on. She never communicates needing to reschedule appointments so you show up and she’s not there and doesn’t respond to texts and calls. Genesis knows what she is doing. Whatever services you need done, she is very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the massages etc. she also has a sparkling personality! I highly recommend her services to anyone that needs to relax.

Update 7 months later::I’ve been going to Genesis since my second month post-op after lipo, and I’m now 8 months post-op and still seeing her regularly. Before finding her, I paid a lot of money to someone else who wasn’t properly doing my drainage, so I know the difference firsthand. I originally found Genesis on Groupon, and I’ve been a loyal client ever since. She is super sweet, professional, clean, and truly knows what she’s doing. My results and consistency speak for themselves, I literally had an appointment yesterday and already booked again in 3 weeks. Yes, she’s a busy mom with two small kids, but she always shows up and does her job well. I’ve seen a couple of negative reviews, but honestly, you have to experience her services for yourself. I don’t even know where to start — this has been the worst customer service and most unprofessional experience of my life. We originally called on Saturday to schedule a lymphatic drainage appointment. She told us to text her my name and the day we wanted, so we did — and she never responded. On Tuesday, we texted again asking when she was available — still no response. We called again Tuesday, she finally answered, and scheduled us for 10:00AM Thursday. I arrived Thursday at 9:55AM. The lights were off, no one was there, and the door was locked.
