Carol is a master at her craft! The shop was clean, colorful, warm and inviting. If you're looking for a just a cut or a whole new look, I suggest taking advantage of the free consultation appointment. We had 1 on 1 time to chat about my hair goals. I came prepared with a photo of color/cut ideas. Not only did she listen, she took notes, and pictures. It was a great meeting and put me at ease. Needless to say Carol will be my one and only hair specialist during my time in Kentucky. Thank you a million times over!!

Heather is the absolute BEST. My mom is an old lady now, but she was a beautician in her younger years. She is so picky about hair stylists, because she knows the techniques and the care that it takes to do a proper, thoughtful cut. She was sooooo impressed by Heather, her attention to detail, her skill with techniques, her speed, AND her personality. Heather is a GEM. Owner is the coolest! I am a male with long curly hair and have always struggled finding someone to give me a hair cut I like. Carol does is right every time and I have been her client for many years. My mother and girlfriend also frequent this salon!

An expert bleach job with multiple shades of pink and some layering. Carol is an expert at blending color and styling. I'm not sure what that person who gave her one star is on about. Looks like she's given a negative review of every hair salon in the city.

Looks like she took a weed wacker to my hair and cut 3xs shorter than I asked. I never said I liked it now she's lying, who doesn't tip. That is my hair and how it looks now the layers are uneven and not blended. She curled it to hide the damage she did. She took phone calls while cutting my hair clearly distracted, but then don't go to work that day if you have personal stuff going on also she said how jealous she was of how thick my hair multiple times and did a good job of destroying mine, it will take years to grow back.
