Renaissance Day Spa and Alternative Wellness (Skateway)

Im a member at this place. Service is always good but there is a major safety concern. I have reported this every month for the last 6 months and still nothing. At night its extremely dark. This is a safety concern for employees but definitely for paying customers exiting after dark. Its as simple as calling the light company and reporting the lights to get the bulbs replaced. This is a management and owner responsibility. Please report these lights for safety concerns. If it wasn't for the skating ring lights, it would be pitch dark!!!!

I got a luminous C facial from Amaya and omggg it was the BEST! She’s very sweet, can hold a conversation if you feel like talking, if not, there isn’t any awkward silence. She did a phenomenal job, it was so relaxing, will definitely put you to sleep! She took the time to study my skin, recommend which facial would be the best for me, and was able to answer every question I had concerning the health of my skin. She’s very knowledgeable!! One of the best facials I’ve ever received! Also, love the representation, it’s always nice to see some diversity in places like this! Book with her you won’t regret it !!!!!

I visited the Skateway location for the first time yesterday for a Swedish massage and had a great experience. I had to reschedule twice, and each time the reception staff was very understanding and kind, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the space is especially beautiful right now with the Christmas decorations. Sarah was my massage therapist, and she was excellent. Her pressure was very firm and intentional, and she really knew how to work through knots and relieve stress. I left feeling so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back more often for self-care.

Best spa experience I've had in Fayetteville. The therapists are very educated and will provide tailored therapies based on the individual person. I felt so relaxed after my facial and massage!

I have been going to the Renaissance for a long time... I started going to this location for the masseuse I like to see. However, I really need to say that the woman that works at the front desk, Fantasia, is amazing. She remembers clients and preferences they like. She is always professional, courteous, and kind. She is always ready to help if needed. She's definitely an asset to the business in my opinion and wanted her to have some recognition.
