RENAISSANCE NAILS

Horrible service. The staff were rude and they completely messed up my nails. They kept rushing me and they wanted to put their opinions on me. They also were extremely careless and cut my fingers in several spots. Customer service means to attend to your customer and give good service. This salon clearly does not know what that means because they are only concerned about adding absurdly large charges for every tiny thing and making money. Do yourself a favor and don't come here unless you want to ruin your day and fingers, not to mention, waste money.

I used to visit this place frequently when I lived in Somerset but I moved about five years ago. I recently stopped by for a pedicure and was serviced by Jodianna. She was very unprofessional and barely acknowledged me the whole time she did my pedicure. I didn't even receive a hello or anything. She was slouching, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing and moving very very slowly. She was cross contaminating everything by using the same gloves to grab other things and touching her face. I with held my tip which I NEVER do...this was the worst service I have ever received from there. Luckily the gentleman at the paying counter was very polite and professional!

Did a great job on my nails, as always, at a great price compared to most places in the area. My nail tech even noticed that I was having back and neck pain because I kept cracking my neck, and had one of the ladies give me a relaxing shoulder back and neck massage as my nails dried. Excellent service

The prices are comparable to the average nail salon but the cost for fill-in's seem high to me. The nail technician was new and my daughter's acrylic set came out ok but the lengths were completely off and some of the fake tips used didn't even fully cover her natural fingernail. All in all the place was decent and i would go there again but i would pay closer attention to what the tech was doing and have the issues corrected as they were happening instead of paying $55 and fixing them myself at home.

For the amount they charge for a pedicure, it was a let down to say the least. They did not work on cleaning the nails , nor did they do a good job scraping the foot to get dead skin off. There was practically no massaging! I wouldn’t recommend this pedicure.
