Been getting my nails done here since I moved here. They are always so beautiful and the techs are friendly and easily accommodating to photos I show them of what I want. See my Christmas bails they did and the cat eyes

I made an appt for a fill for during my lunch hour at 11. I got there a few mins ahead of time - every tech was in the middle of a pedicure so they told me they were running behind. Meanwhile, walk ins continued to come in and they were telling them they could get them in (why keep taking people in when you are already behind on those they have made appointments). I was sat at a booth 20 mins after my appointment time and the tech asked what I wanted. I told her a fill with a French manicure. She said she didn’t know how to do the French. I showed her a pic on my phone thinking maybe she was misunderstanding me. She again said she didn’t know how so I would have wait another 15 mins for another tech to help me. At this point I was already 25 mins into my lunch hour so I couldn’t wai

I have gone here multiple times and every single time they do amazing. I always come in with requests for intricate designs and every time they gave me exactly what I ask for. This last time, I came in later and they were closing. They still got me in and took their time making my nails perfect. There is a husband and a wife and they are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend coming here!! UPDATE: They did another amazing set! I showed them what I wanted and they gave me a price instantly! Super quick and gave me exactly what I asked for!

I’ve been seeing Jessica for manicures every 3 weeks for over a year. She’s kind, really good at what she does, and I always leave so happy. Highly recommend her and Reserve Nails and Spa

Gel nails didn't even last a day. I went in with a friend we both got deluxe pedi and mani with gel. My friend was done 45 minutes before I was even though we started at the same time. Granted I got cat eye nails and she didn't get toe polish but 45 minutes was stupid. My friend had to leave me there to get my nails finished. Also they couldn't get the cat eye right. There were 2 techs that ended up working on my nails. Both got frustrated and didn't wait for the full time under the uv light so they didn't cure properly. My thumb nail lasted 4 hours before it chipped. I also still have polish on my skin. $130 +tip and my nails look like crap a day after. I am never going back.
