I just had my first facial at BR with Brittany, and it was amazing. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive. The 90-minute treatment was so relaxing, and I could literally see my skin glowing right afterward. I also loved how she walked me through each step and explained what every product does. Highly recommend seeing Brittany if you’re thinking about getting a facial. You can choose your esthetician when booking online. Pick Brittany, she’s fantastic!

I had a truly wonderful experience today with Marconi. He began by educating me about my skin, a valuable insight I had never received before, and crafted a comprehensive skincare regimen tailored just for me. Then, we moved to the facial room, where he thoughtfully described each product he was applying. His gentle touch was so soothing that I eventually drifted off to sleep. Upon waking, I was amazed by the noticeable improvement in my skin! I will definitely be exploring the products he used because I am thrilled with the results.

This was my first visit to a BR Ambassade so my expectations were very high. Boston did NOT disappoint. Every detail was considered in the lovely design & decor here. My facial and Skin Instant Lab Analysis were with Iris. She was an absolute dream! Her expertise in product knowledge and ingredients was not only impressive but extremely helpful. I blissfully napped while Iris did her magic & awoke 90 minutes later looking 10 years younger. Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 10/10

As a man, you may not be drawn to spas, but listen up guys! Beginning with receptionist service, this spa was very impressive. The first time I stopped in, Schantelle and Latrice were informative and attentive, answering all of my questions and introducing me to products that suited my needs with small samples. Their encouragement drew me back. When I returned for a session, it had been a few years since a spa appointment, but Marconi and the visiting expert, Nicole, were incredible. I'm not a guy that has been to the spa much, but they made me comfortable and demonstrated an expert level of technique and engagement to determine needs for my skin. They asked questions about my personal concerns + routine and used special lighting and equipment to take a closer look. They included my neck

Had my first cold facial today and absolutely loved it. Marconi was gentle with his hands. He’s very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. 5 star experience.
