My husband and I both love love love the amazing staff and services offered at Restore on Washtenaw Ave. Every time we go we are treated like family, the entire staff is welcoming, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with just the right amount of laughter and connection between customers and the staff. My husband and I use almost every service offered between us and we have never felt better, we both have more energy and overall confidence. I could never have enough amazing things to say but I will say if you have been researching, contemplating or if you are just curious about whole body wellness go and see Ashley and her fantastic team at restore!!!! I promise you won’t be sorry you did :) PS the IV hydration and vitamin replenishment is a life saver!!!

This has been a game changer for my wellness and recovery. I struggled for a while with back and neck pain being at a desk at all day , and had some shoulder and elbow pain from strength training. Cryotherapy provides me a ton of benefit, giving immediate relief for stiff back and neck. Just a lot more comfortable and convenient than cold plunging. I’ve also had noticeable improvement from the red light therapy on my hair and skin and do think it’s helped minimize nagging injuries associated with my workout routine.

I love going to Restore for recovery services. The stuff is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I am a big fan of the sauna and cyro core services, always feel 10x better walking out than I did walking in! Definitely check it out!

I have an amazing time when I go. I have been several times. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. The Cryo therapy was “cold cold”… but so refreshing after you come out. I would recommend it to anyone.
