I have been going to Restore for a few years, but only consistently for the last 5 months. I go every 2-3 weeks for compression, cryotherapy, and IV drips. I have a red light panel and an infrared sauna at home or else I’d take advantage of those services too. I believe restore has kept me injury free throughout my strength training and running. I have ran at least 1 mile every day this entire year and try to continue strength training each week. I am also on my feet all day as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, so my body is put through a lot. Consistently going to restore has made a huge positive impact on keeping me healthy and high energy most of my days.
