I had such a wonderful experience here! I started with the infrared sauna and followed with the compression therapy. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable Julia especially left a lasting impression. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. It’s also very affordable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m even considering signing up for a membership to save even more money!

Best place for “me” time! I’ve recently started getting hydrafacials with Savannah and I can tell a huge difference in the texture and tone of my skin. Ive always been a fan of red light therapy and their compression core services and the IV and IM services always leave me feeling much better - and a little healthier!

10 out of 10. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone greeted me and was pleasant. I had the cryotherapy chamber. My first session was for 2:30 minutes. The whole body experience was directed about a staff member. I was instructed to cover all needed areas, I got to select my favorite music, given instructions to how to complete the task. When I went in, I was 85 degrees. When I got out of the chamber, I was 53 degrees. They offer so many services and packages.

The GM of this location is great, super hands on and genuinely cares about every member. I love the front desk team and nurses are awesome! Clean and zen environment. I love coming here, and I’ve been a member of several Restores around the country & this one is tops!
