Decided to try this place out for the first time since it’s close to my house. Things were going smoothly with my pedicure until the they put the polish on my toes. Rather than telling me that the polish was old and not drying right, they kept adding more and more polish. I kept asking what was wrong and after 45 minutes I was told I would need to pick a new color (but the question on why was not being addressed). I was limited on time (I was there for 2.5 hours - which the gel manicure I got took no less than 20 minutes and was being done by a different person than the pedicure) and was not able to stay any longer. When I went to check out, I indicated that the polish was still rippling and the owner said “I’ll put more polish on” but I really didn’t want more polish. Had the person doing

The woman at the front desk is very kind, and she’s the reason I’m giving three stars instead of two. I booked an acrylic fill-in and a pedicure for my dad’s birthday. My dad enjoyed his pedicure, but my nail service was disappointing. The technician rushed through my fill-in and did a sloppy job. She appeared to be double-booked, since another regular customer was waiting right next to me, and it felt like she hurried through my nails just to move on to them. She didn’t pay attention to detail, and she didn’t apply lotion or oil to my hands and cuticles afterward, which is typically standard at most nail salons. If that isn’t part of their service here, it’s yet another reason I won’t be coming back. Overall, I was highly disappointed.

I went to Retention Nail & Spa for a simple polish change and asked for a low French manicure. I was shocked when I was charged $50 — I have never paid that much for just a polish change. On top of that, the nail tech complained the entire time about doing the service, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Even more disappointing, some of the nail techs don’t seem to know how to properly do a French manicure, which is unacceptable for a nail salon. Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. It’s definitely not the same quality it was when they first opened.

I found this salon and decided to visit after reviewing the reviews online that were awesome! I visited on 4.4.23 and really enjoyed my pedicure. They started removing my liquid gel manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair which bothered me because it was no longer relaxing. I was then ushered to the manicure station where the owner (I found out later was the owner) was rough and rude in handling my nails. Come to find out she over dremmeled my nail beds which made them extremely thin and fragile and resulted in the dipping powder to not adhere properly to my nails. The manicure looked nice, but 2 days later it chipped and lifted from my nails. I called ahead of time on 4.12.23 to ask if they can help fix the issue and they asked me to come in. When I got there at 4:15pm they didn

I really felt some type of way and I was hesitant about doing a review because I didn’t want to ruin anybody business , but I was charged $190 and me looking at my toe/finger nails for GEL acrylic nails which is peeling and GEL nail polish that’s on my toes that was peeling the first day I couldn’t let it slide. I thought if I got GEL my nails wouldn’t be peeling at all so I’m super hurt because I thought this was a place I was considering on going to more often but I see me and my daughter isn’t welcomed there … definitely with my nails looking like this that I’ve only had for A WEEK AND A HALF !! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon… why charge me $190 for gel if it’s not gel !! if it was gel obviously it wouldn’t be peeling so soon but whatever I just wanted to get that off my
