I’ve been a REV client for many years and I’ve always had a fabulous experience. I wanted to show some love to my girl Baleigh. She has gone above and beyond every appointment to make my hair perfect. Recently I had to reschedule an appointment last minute and she and the REV team went above and beyond to get me back in quickly and accommodate me!! I’m always so thankful for the experience and the full trust of knowing I never have to worry about my hair not being exactly what I’d want!!!! From the second you walk in it’s always a great experience, and I appreciate Baleigh taking care of me and making sure I’m accommodated. 💖

They overcharged for Hair ask for receipts then when I asked for a receipt all of a sudden everything went down $500 They still charge me 1000 for install and $3000 for Hair, which it didn’t cost that I looked it up line myself and I’ve been ordering this hair years and years before even coming to them and it’s never been this much for the Hair and install for four packs is literally $1700 if that’s what color before tip the salon over charges. Definitely ask for receipts. and there install is terrible as well as our color I would not recommend to Meg at all!!! Be careful they overcharge

I have been a long time client of REV even before the salon shift & reno. Their standard is not where it used to be and it’s definitely not worth the time or money. My first time back wasn’t anything to write home about. The second visit is where everything went wrong. My stylist greeted me on the sofa after waiting for 10 mins. No problem- I understand appointments run over. However, she went on to explain that I needed to wait longer as she was filming social media content. She needed to “curl, wait for the curls and then take pictures”. I finally went back to the chair 40 mins after my scheduled appointment. I contemplated on leaving but it’s a 45 min drive and I already booked childcare. We talked about what I wanted and then she got started. I explained how I wanted my grays covered a
