Please avoid this salon! I got my hair done by Mckenna and I wanted a belayage touch up with some highlights on the top. Being new to Tx and finding new stylists can be scary. Sure it was the worst hair experience. My hair was healthy( previously with blond belayage) no boxed or permanent color and very long. I already cut 12 inches but my hair is completely fried. After she washed my hair I immediately noticed the gummy texture and my hair was falling. When she was rinsing my hair she was so rough and bruised it aggressively instead of treated it gently after a chemical process . Since she started the process she would pull my hair and she behaved differently. I went in to get peal platinum blinding done. I had previously highlighted hair and Red was my stylist. She did an outstanding job at blending in the highlights to my hair and she recommended a hair care routine, along with products, to help maintain the health and integrity of my super baby fine, straight hair. I’d HIGHLY recommend her for your highlights and blinding needs! The atmosphere was very warm, welcoming, and professional. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful! Mikki did an outstanding job on my hair. I’ve struggled for years trying to find a stylist who can produce the results I’m hoping for, and she has been the first to achieve that in one appointment alone. She is thorough, friendly, and patient. The salon itself is very cute as well. Highly recommend!
