I got a facial today and enjoyed the facial, but have some suggestions for the business to consider. When I arrived I was impressed with the overall appearance of the lobby and thought it looked welcoming. My esthetician was awesome very professional and put me at ease. Unfortunately, she didn't have anyone in the front to help customers as they entered the lobby so she had to go back and forth between attending to me and customers as they come in. In the treatment room I thought the chair was uncomfortable and the space was not very welcoming. In my experience at other beauty spas they allow you to change and remove your top so you don't get water on your clothes. I also had to wash my face in the bathroom before my treatment and I thought that was odd as well, because I was there for a f
