I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I scheduled a Botox appointment in advance and even received confirmation phone call 2 hours prior my scheduled appointment, which made me confident everything was appropriately arranged. I drove 30 minutes each way to be there. After arriving on time, I waited 20 minutes, only to be told they didn't have a room available to preform treatment. I was then asked if I could come back in 1.5 hour. When I explained I wouldn't be able to return later, they offered to do the procedure in the basement -but mentioned they will need to clean it first. That felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to me. After spending an hour driving and waiting, and being offered last minute set up in unprepared basement space, I decided to leave without

Have had my lips done here by Katerina and Natalia, both of them are amazing and do a wonderful job. My lips have never looked better and i have tried many places on the island. Their Russian technique is perfection and my lips always are even and beautiful! Thank you ladies!!

The best by far!!!! After having a botched lip filler, then a botched Botox (my smile was crooked). I researched and did my homework. I came across Revival Med. My first consultation (and that’s exactly what It was) I met with Natalie. Not only did she understood my concerns, her mannerisms, knowledge, her eye to detail with her perfectionist feel - all combined made me feel like “she’s the one”. 1st stop - lip fillers. Soft, perfect. After they settled. The effect was Wow. Scheduled a face balancing with Natalie and I couldn’t be happier!!!!!!! Natalie thank you soooo much!!! The gentleman who is there. ( I assume the owner) is super nice and accommodating.

He really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m so happy with my results — my lips look beautifully natural and my forehead is smooth without being overdone. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone!

Honestly the best experience I have had at a med spa. Natalie and the staff went above and beyond. Starting with her technique and approach I haven’t seen anyone do filler quite the way she does, almost painless. I had some questions and the staff messaged me late at night and Natalie also gave me a call right away, reassuring me. Great experience, highly recommend.
