Enjoyed my wax with Ursula today. I normally get a sugar wax but wanted to try regular wax to decide on what I liked best. She was friendly, super chill and we had good conversation. The whole vibe of the studio was amazing. As a mixed lady I normally look at google photos to see if there’s anyone of my skin color going to the same place. I do this because I have had times where I’ve went somewhere and was not welcomed. They didn’t have any google photos of African or mixed women (even like a stock image) but the videos they have posted seemed like an amazing vibe, and a safe place….. and it was! I had an amazing wax with Ursula today! She was incredibly informative, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish.
