I have naturally curly hair, and Diana did an amazing job with my blowout! She straightened it beautifully—my hair is now so smooth, shiny, and sleek. I'm really impressed with how well it turned out. The salon itself is lovely, and everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

1. I was honestly disappointed with my experience here. The service was slow and the staff did not seem very attentive. Communication was unclear, and it felt unorganized overall. Definitely not what I expected from a Midtown NYC location. 2. The quality of service did not match the high prices charged. Staff members appeared rushed and somewhat unprofessional. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic instead of welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit. 3. My visit to this location was frustrating from start to finish. Long wait times and poor customer support made it worse. There was a lack of attention to detail and customer care. I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

I’ve been a client of Cindy’s for years, and she’s consistently fantastic—every haircut is perfect. The entire team is wonderful too: the receptionist is warm and welcoming, and the shampoo assistant was amazing. Always a five-star experience!

I got a haircut a couple weeks ago and it was an exceptional salon experience. It was my first time at this salon, and the ladies at the front desk were lovely, and super helpful! My hair wash was so soothing and I had a blast talking with Riccardo as he worked his magic on my hair. It was in dire need of an update! The finished look exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this salon for any of your hair needs! Such a friendly, inviting atmosphere where everyone cares that you feel beautiful when you leave:)

Worst hair cut and color dont waste your time. Worst service of my entire life. I was charged some mysterious price that was higher than any of their listed prices, which I didn't notice until I got home. I will be taking my business to one of the several other hair places nearby in the future., the staff never cared about my complains. Shocking.
