My experience with Rich Locs was awesome!!! Mrs. Mayo started my locs. She gave me everything I needed to get started. She has POSITIVE ENERGY and she is professional. I will be returning for my retwist on my Loc journey. I want to add that my LOC journey is control grow tremendously!!!

I came here thinking that I was going to get my dress fixed from someone who did some voodoo on my hair, but I end up, leaving in worse conditions that I came here in maybe the voodoo work real well that she got other Loctician‘s Doing their same exact thing she did I came here and had my roots of my dreads, sabotage the ends of my dreads falling out frequently and the Loctician that I pay 400 almost $500 for wants me to come back after my dreads are coming out after a week. She did my hair and wants me to pay for putting the hair back that fell out from the dread that she did I’m very pissed off and very disappointed. I don’t wanna make no threats. God got these people up here at this shop. My hair has been sabotage and she would not help me told me to pay or find somebody else biggest sc

Assata went above and beyond my loc extensions. I came to her thinking I only had 199 locs turned out that I had 252. She was patient enough to start my extension and allow me time to get more extensions. She big into detailed. Very knowledgeable. Friendly. She cares about the health of your locs and I assure you she won’t have you looking crazy! If you’re looking for a great locitican you will no go wrong with Assata! My hair looks full, healthy, and I’m blessed to have gone to her. Give her a try you won’t regret it!

Anahi was amazing and I Absolutely love my hair! I tried something new and my locs are stunning. Great customer service and really cool vibe.

Love this place clean atmosphere very nice and educated in natural products (Owner has in stock natural hair products) styling is very cute and no tension on the hair will forever choose this place over and over again shout out to Assata and Anahi
