Customer Reviews
The technician is called GRACE. It is insane that they wanted to overcharge me for my Gel X set when it said $65 on the price list but when I went to pay she tried to charge me $75. I also didn’t want to give her a high tip since I was unsatisfied with my service, but she said oh it’s 18% If I can give this place a 0 stars, I would. My lady was so disrespectful when doing my nails. Kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to do Gel X. She seems irritated while doing my nails, and more importantly she was rushing the job and the nails came out UNEVEN. My thumb was shorter than I wanted. I will never go back to her or this nail salon again. If you don’t want to do Gel X then why do you have that service listed. The
I got a gel manicure on Sunday morning. It didn’t require making an appointment. I waited 20 mins since there was a customer before me. The nail lady finished my session in 30 mins. Gel manicure was $35 + $7 tip. I am very happy with my nails!
My pedicure took all of 15-20 mins, file, light scrub n polish and cost me $60. My feet were in plan warm water for all of 1 min. She didn't soap the water and didn't soak my feet at all. When she cut my cuticles it hurt because they didn't soak enough to soften & she didn't clean around or under the toenails. She scrubbed my feet like she didnt want to touch them which is why I only tipped $5. The natural gel color was the best part of the whole experience. Perfect color but never again. It's my birthday today, this should've been a way better experience.
They were nice, cheap and polite. Super fast and easy. 15 bucks for getting my nails done, they look good. Can’t complain.
I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I visited New York over the weekend. I needed a fill-in on my nails so I decided to check out this place. As soon as I walk in the lady at the first table by the door asked what do I need I said a fill-in she said no acrylic nails. Didn’t offer any other service to me…so my cousin wanted a pedicure she had the nerve to say we’re busy. It was only two people in there. She was taking care of a white woman at the time. So I assumed she’s racist! I told her we’ll spend our money elsewhere! She attempted to make a smart comment after. I said excuse me what did you say. She fell silent and ignored me. If you’re African American avoid giving this racist your money!
