I have been a loyal client of Richard Francis Salon for approximately 30 years, during which time I have consistently received exceptional service. Throughout my journey, I have never encountered any unfavorable experiences. My daughter has also become a regular client, and we both highly recommend Lynn. Lynn consistently greets us with a warm and welcoming smile, taking the time to listen attentively to our preferences and desired changes. Her guidance has always been reliable, and her coloring expertise is truly exceptional. We are delighted that my 81 year old mother has also joined the salon's clientele, receiving outstanding treatment for the entire staff. I would highly recommend Lynn and this Salon.

I can't say enough great things about Lynne at Richard Francis! Every time I leave the salon, I feel and look absolutely beautiful. Lynne does an amazing job with my cut, color, and style—she really listens and knows exactly how to bring out the best in my hair. I love Richard Francis so much! I love how they style my hair as it always looks fresh and new and even keeps its perfect shape for more than a day. Deb and Lexi always welcomes me with a smile as they always keep the place nice and upbeat with a warm atmosphere. I also love the dyes and shampoos they use as the scents smell super nice and not chemically at all. Great atmosphere. Great service. Great people!!! Another great cut and blowout today from Lynn, our family stylist for the past 30 years crossing 4 generations! She has worked with me during different phases of my hair - short, super short, longer, curly, straight, colored, highlights, and now embracing the natural color. ALWAYS happy with the results!

In my experience at this salon, which has spanned over a year, I have encountered several significant inconsistencies and issues that ultimately affect the clientele. Initially, I was partnered with a stylist whose work I admired, and I was satisfied with the pricing established by that particular stylist. However, for reasons that remain unclear, that stylist abruptly departed from the salon following a disagreement with the owner, as communicated to me by other stylists and suggested in my conversations with the owner. My difficulties began when I sought the services of a different stylist, Lynn, who appeared to have a proficiency in achieving platinum blonde hair.
