I gave them a picture of what I wanted days in advance. A little bit concerning? Was it cause you wanted to see whether or not this was something yall can do? Well I get to the salon pure highlights in my hair NOT what I wanted. The man attempted to fix the color in my hair after receiving something that was completely different than what I asked. After he attempted to fix it the highlights were SO UNEVEN didn't even blend well. I thought I was content with the final product although I am not satisfied with this hair color. After paying a certain amount unfortunately I am having to pay more money elsewhere to get what I want/get the color fixed since it's uneven and just highlights not balayage. Randall has a NASTY attitude!! Does not do a consult with you on what you want. The highlights end up being bleached. There are chunks of hair that are bleached in contrasts with your dark hair. The haircut is just as bad! By the time you get back to his chair, your hair is wet. Absolutely NO communication with the client. When no other stylist’s aren’t there, he will cuss you in front of a client sitting in his chair. Will ruin the Rickborn Salon reputation.

This is my hair after Russ Rickborn did it. I love it so much and the blonde pieces pop so well i highly recommend him!
