I've been waxing for 4 years and a Esthetician for 5 and I've NEVER had an experience like this before. Never have I ever been burned before. It's one thing to make a mistake but it's another to dismiss it and put it on a client. I know the difference between hot and HOT the wax was so hot It melted into the cup like water that's a clear sign of NO as a professional. I clearly said its HOTTT! It's burning and I was told that because that area is sensitive that's normal as a professional that I can agree is normal however once she pulled the strip the burn is visible but she continued to do passes on those areas. To add, I have leftover hair and wax. To make matters worse when I arrived at 10:30 she was still in an appointment and said give me 3/4 mins. I said okay, no problem. After 5 mins

My wax with Mariani was great! I did a cocoa braziallian and the pain was minimal compared to other waxes I've received. And I was so surprised it was only $55! I will definitely be back to see her and get another cocoa wax 😊
